Registration is now open at Zone 4

Early Bird (Ends 6 January) registration fees:

  • $80 for solo participants
  • $70 each for team participants (2 - 4 people)

First Price Increase 7 January - 8 March registration fees:

  • $100 for solo participants
  • $90 each for team participants (2 - 4 people)

Second Price Increase 8 March - 16 March registration fees:

  • $150 for solo participants
  • $140 each for team participants (2 - 4 people) 
*Price increases are related to the additional effort to manage entries at the last minute. Please sign up early to avoid these increases*

 Registration closes Monday March 16 at 11:59pm: 

  • Participants must be 19 years of age to register online. Athletes aged 16-18 will be considered on a case-by-case basis with permission from parents and coach.
  • We will refund 50% of registration fee up to 6 January. After the Early Bird registration period (Ends 6 January midnight) there will be NO refunds issued.
  • YK Ski Club members receive a 20% discount on their entry fees  
  • Note: The race organizers will make every effort to run the event but, in the event cancellation is necessary due to weather or other participant safety concerns, entry fees cannot be refunded as the funds will have already been committed by race day.
  • There will be a MANDATORY briefing at the Ski Club on Friday before the ski at 6 pm. All participants are expected to attend this briefing. Bibs will be distributed at this time, and not on race day.

Categories

There will be four categories for this event:
  • solo ski
  • solo snowshoe
  • team ski
  • team snowshoe

Teams can have from two to four members. Every person on a team must register through Zone 4 individually.

Snowshoe category participants MUST bring snowshoes, whether or not you use them. You may switch out team members at the four checkpoints, and ONLY at the checkpoints. We encourage mixed gender teams. All team members must participate in the same discipline (all ski or all snowshoe). All checkpoints are road accessible, and you are welcome to come out and cheer on your team!
